Cancellations and returns will always be made and when canceled 48 hours after purchase. The proper use of the products is the responsibility of whoever buys them. We are not held liable for any matter related to incidents of misuse or neglect. Accounts with product guarantee. IF your product has manufacturing defects, a return guide will be issued that must be delivered to the indicated parcel. The case will be evaluated for the problem and the replacement product will be sent or the money will be returned and we reserve the right to decide which of the two actions is appropriate for inventory reasons.
